In his most recent role as Head of SubHub at Optus he managed a groundbreaking subscription marketplace that partnered with major companies like Netflix, Amazon, Binge, Microsoft, and Google. Under his leadership, SubHub achieved triple-digit growth in revenue and customers, while also enhancing profitability.

During his tenure at News Corp Australia, Brendan played a pivotal role in driving digital subscription growth across all news titles, reaching a milestone of 1 million subscribers in FY23. This result made News Corp Australia's subscription business the largest of any publisher per capita in the world and put it in the top 10 largest publishers overall.

At Westpac, as Head of Marketing, Home Ownership, Brendan spearheaded a successful marketing initiative to support the bank's growth objectives. The program was externaly recognised as the best in Asia Pacific in 2015, with the group achieving growth at 1.3 times the financial system in FY16.

Before joining Westpac, Brendan held a leadership position at David Jones Ltd, overseeing customer relationship marketing, consumer research, and analytics programs. His achievements included launching three major credit cards and leading an award-winning team in developing an integrated marketing database for David Jones' credit card portfolios.
